The Kanokupolu People's Trust is from the village of Kanokupolu, in the western district of Tongatapu in the Kingdom of Tonga. Kanokupolu is the home of the current royalty of Tonga, and as such holds an important part of the nation's history. The Kanokupolu People's Trust exists to preserve and share the unique cultural history of the village, and teaches music, dance, and performance to young people, and shares their culture with the wider community through public performances.
