Next Gen Artists Showcase presented by BaseFM and Haumako, 20 Feb 12 - 2pm showcasing established artists alongside local talent from Māngere Central School.
YOUNG AT ART. Youth-powered creative hub in Māngere Bridge every Sunday from 9am - 12pm, 28 Feb - 21 March
CODE-SWITCH. A collaborative live cinema experience combining film, dance and live stage theatre presented by Aorere Film Academy, 25 - 26 Feb
SIVA AFI FESTIVAL - Wahine Toa Afi and NZ Schools Siva Afi Competitions, 12 - 13 Mar
Rep FM Presents; Hiphop Music in the Park, 28th Feb in Otahuhu & 14 Mar in Māngere

That's not all! We've more projects currently preparing themselves to be launched, including; a Krump Klub, a Beatdown event, a publication, a mural, an exhibition, a theatre awards night, a performance, music workshops and a new event for Māngere Otahuhu called Art Boot! I'm grateful to our Local Board and local creatives for the projects we've been able to support this year, ensuring that Māngere Ōtāhuhu Arts is able to provide positive and creative connections to each other during these challenging times. I can't wait see you all get together this year, while staying safe and enjoying the privilege, never to be taken for granted again!
