CALL FOR STALLHOLDERS - Arts & Cultural event, Otahuhu.

This is a formal invitation for you to our upcoming event which we are extremely passionate and excited about.

On Saturday 3rd November, 2018, we are hosting an Arts and Cultural event here at the Otahuhu Town hall Community Centre car park to celebrate the community's cultural diversity and art from 11am to 2pm. We would be privileged to have your presence at the event.

As this is a community centre lead event, we are asking everyone to support it by taking part this year. We have a display area for any budding artists, dance groups and everything that fits the arts and Culture theme. We are looking for Info stalls, food stalls, cultural entertainment groups, singers, artists and more.

There will be a stage truck for the performers, art workshop, entertainment and prizes.

Please email szha4eva@hotmail.com to receive an expression of interest form for the day.  Your assistance in spreading the word would be appreciated as well. Please also note that if you are planning to hold a stall then you will need to bring your own gazebo, tables and chairs. This will be a zero-waste event.

Should you require further information do contact us as we would love to hear from you soon.
